I never got used to keto bread or gluten free for that matter. Today’s toast is an organic seeded bread from Franz which I over toasted while tending my eggs. The sausage is a white wurst I grilled last week.

That’s the bread I used to get….the 24 grain until my body and MD decided I should change what I ingest lol

My new obsession is sweet/savory jams: Strawberries and basalmic vinegar and only a bit of sugar - reduced as far as possible. I ate my eggs & toast and cheese scones like a field hand - I just wanted more and more....
So since I had a HUGE crop of cherry tomatoes, yesterday I made a tomato reduction paste with the tomatoes, shallots, cider vinegar & honey - again, YUMM! I thought of adding spice (chile or paprika - maybe next time) this time I am enjoying the pure taste of summer... I cannot wait to make burgers or pork loin and slather this goop on :)

Welcome to NCT.

Tomato paste sounds good. I would leave the tomato paste plain and add the spices as used. You can also use it as part of BBQ sauce, baked beans, and to top a meatloaf.

Welcome Marianne & Saintsslav. A lot
of good stuff here; Especially the People.
My breakfast is Oyster Stew. On the way to
school when I was around 10 years old,
I would stop at a Carnation Restaurant,
And order a Can of Oyster Stew. Today was
Fresh Oysters, not the can.

I could have had Cheerios with almond milk but didn’t. I will on way home. The fried potatoes were anemic looking but not bad with ketchup and Cholula and the bacon was crispy and thin but tasted good. I prefer rare bacon.

Okay, I am curious to know how you ordered all that bacon. I mean, what did you say to get all that? Asking for a friend. :whistling:
