Brunch.
Soft scrambled eggs in the pan using Land O Lakes garlic & herb butter, tomatoes - sprinkled Parm on it all. I could have done without the whole grain crackers.

I was up at 0200 and feel like crap but did get a nap in after breakfast.

No, I got up at 0200 then couldn’t get back to sleep. I’m just tired. I did get a nap that helped. I do this every so often.

Brunch was a scrambled egg and veg topped with cheese fry up.
This is brunch for me.
Keto Salami tacos.
I tried one cold, very good.
I think I like them better hot from the oven.
Had to double the salami slices because it was thinner than I thought.
Salami Tacos
Ingredients: Cream cheese Peppers & onions, chopped Salami
Instructions:
1. Combine the cream cheese with peppers & onions.
2. Add it to your salami and fold into tacos
3. Bake at 400F for 20 mins, flipping halfway through.
4. Take out, let cool & enjoy!

Lee, I had bought a large container of whipped cream cheese. I ended up mixing what is left (over half the container) with peppers and onions.Add a few more calories and fill them with pimento cheese!

So I have all that - which I'm going to use inside low carb flour tortillas ,with shredded lettuce for quick lunches.

Today was a leftover veg and egg scramble with chopped Morningstar sausage patties.
Had a piece of the Brownberry keto bread, toasted, with a fried egg.
I like the bread! Tiny slices, but very good.
Buttered it with Land O Lakes garlic and herb.

Is Brownberry the brand name? The only keto bread I found that I like is Oroweat seeded keto bread. That looks real good!

I bought the BBQ variety of Rob's Backstage popcorn today. Also this cauliflower pizza bowl. I also got some Green Giant mashed cauliflower to use in place of mashed potatoes.

They look like the same bread,but a different name lol

I never got used to keto bread or gluten free for that matter. Today’s toast is an organic seeded bread from Franz which I over toasted while tending my eggs. The sausage is a white wurst I grilled last week.
John, I think I like the keto bread I bought because of the Land O Lakes spread I've been using on it, otherwise it might taste like cardboard
