Today was a Cherokee Purple tomato and Dairygold cottage cheese.

Todays lunch was warm apple cider donuts and chocolate covered cashew crunch my kid dropped off from the apple orchard.

I sort of mushed them up and spread them on.

This is what I had for lunch.
A piece of the Red Lobster Cheddar Bay cod, and I made a quick salady thing with leftover shredded cabbage, grape tomatoes, mini cukes, green onion, cashews and Ken's Honey mustard.

I had leftover corned beef and potatoes late morning. So I guess that will be brunch. Maybe some fruit snack before dinner.

I love this sandwich.
It's healthy, delicious and very filling.
I smeared Philly on both sides of the rustic bread, added two leaves of romaine and sliced cucumber.
A sprinkle of Mrs. Dash.

Leftover truffle risotto. It was my contribution to the wine pairings last night, and I held some back at home.

Tofu and egg scramble with sweet peppers, faux sausage, and cheddar cheese. I topped mine with LA Hot Sauce, chicken salt, and fresh round black pepper.

I’m at Ford garage getting rear brakes. I brought brunch… all out of date but good. The jerky is peppery and tasty. The pig meat is so-so.

I'm having two InnovAsian crispy pork egg rolls, then I tossed together some sliced cuke and snap peas in soy sauce, sesame oil and brown sugar.
I drizzled a little of the sauce over the egg rolls.
Yum!
