I had Tim Horton's donuts and coffee at a work meeting.

Breakfast was a new recipe Tina made for a banana cake.
Not a keeper. Once you break through the crust, then it's like eating PlayDough...
Taste is ok.

Flat Steak w/ peppers Mushrooms,

Made myself a fried egg / cheese / and bacon, on a toasted Thomas' plain bagel.

on Lewis nutty oat.

Johnsonville sausage strips, scrambles/cheese.
.. and a drink my granddaughter recommended.

Oatmeal and a fried egg on Hawaiian bread.

Hawaiian bread for dipping in the vinegar and oil after.

No picture - but I went healthy this morning. I made a pineapple, blueberry and vanilla yogurt smoothie.

Took a jaunt downtown for Speng's chicken salad croissant.
Teresa makes the best chicken salad.
It's brunch.

I always ask for extra Gravy when we get
Chinese food. I made an omelet and I pour
the gravy over, it so good. Also
Bacon on the side.

I slept in this morning, so this is lunch.
Carved turkey, shredded lettuce, mayo and pickle slices on a Hawaiian sub roll.

DD made me a super Breakfast while I was out in the garden pruning.
Scrambled eggs, ham steaks, Cabbage, green Pepper, & Onion mixture.
