2 deli ham sliders.
I added mayo and bread and butter pickle slices.

Brunch was a sweet potato with leftover sausage stuffing.
A delightful mess.

Wow! It was fun browsing through this thread from the beginning. Some of the breakfasts were outstanding.

One other thing stood out - I sure miss Mama's breakfasts.

Yeah, I wonder how Kathy (Mama) is doing. I know she was working on her own website, so maybe it's keeping her busy. Miss her!

I got up early because my body thought it was later. So I made a big breakfast and saved half for hub.

Pan fried steak, scrambled eggs fried in steak drippings and tomato

Breakfast was a naked Burger, tomato chunks, a halo orange, tomato juice and coffee.

Breakfast was Tomato soup with pastina added and tomato juice.

Scrambled eggs, tomato chunks (olive oil, house blend seasoning, oregano, salt & pepper), bakery seeded rye toast and fresh ground & brewed coffee.

Breakfast was strip steak and asparagus leftover from last night's dinner and a glass of Tang.

They're really good, Mark.
I wouldn't go as far to say better than bacon, but it comes pretty close!

I believe my store had 3 varieties, but I bought the maple again because it's so good.

Vegetable pizzas, cold.
The base is a flaky crust, with a cream cheese/ranch spread, chopped broccoli, tomato, carrot and a cheese blend.

Breakfast this morning was Eggo waffles - 1 blueberry, 1 cinnamon & brown sugar. Topped with sugar-free Mrs. Butterworth syrup. Sour cream, sour cherry preserves and tangerine preserves on the side.
