I'm working on dinner. Dinner should be...chicken breasts, mashed taters, roasted brussels sprouts, cranberry apple chutney and rosemary gravy. It sounds complicated, but it really isn't. It reminds me of thanksgiving...and I would have this meal on Thanksgiving or any day!

If you want to do low & slow...you'll likely want to do indirect heat. Are you doing indirect? What kind of grill are you using? Smoker? Pellet, gas, charcoal? My smoker is no longer convenient to use, so I often do a sous vide and then just add some color on the gas grill.

There are other things one might make with those cutlets. Here's one suggestion: Crispy Chicken Piccata - yeah, it is a cheater 🤷-- there are similar things too...

I'm making kung pao chicken with Jasmine rice. Rice is in the rice cooker, chicken and veggies have been prepped...with chicken marinating in the fridge. It is a quick and easy meal and one we enjoy. :hotdog:<--this doesn't apply to anything, I just thought it cute...

We had to run out to Winco today. DH said he would love to get some fish tacos for lunch...but when that didn't work out, I decided to make them for dinner! Fish tacos and some refrieds from the freezer. While at Winco, somehow, his favorite Cyrus pie ended up in our cart. 🤷‍♀️ Might show...

I spotted a recipe for Hoisin Glazed Pork Chops and noticed that I have everything needed! So, I put some Jasmine Rice into the RC and we'll have a packaged "Asian Salad" along with those. Fingers crossed!

Finally decided on Ivar's Clam Chowder (from Costco) and garlic toast. There are saltines too! In case DH should want them. Earlier today, we went to Hobby Lobby. Saw a sign that I've committed to memory: If I had to stir, it is homemade! :ROFLMAO:

I'm not sure what to make for dinner...so, I made an Italian Cream Soda to help me think about it, while Salted Carmel Ice Cream churns away....
