Quesadillas. Craig had chorizo, poblano pepper and onion, plus a couple of Mexican cheeses I had bits of leftover and frozen previously. I was supposed to have corn and fontinella cheese, but didn't even make it through my first piece before I stupidly yelled at 1 of the pugs while trying to chew and promptly sucked a couple pieces of corn down the wrong way. The resultant coughing fit to get them out left my chest and diaphragm really sore, think I might have pulled something, and also gave me a massive headache. So, needless to say, I decided I didn't want anymore, at least for a while

We had potstickers and shrimp dim sum in the freezer from Chinese New Year.
The pot stickers were heated, not fried as directed, but still good.

The classic is a dijon/mayo sauce with a touch of horseradish, lemon, and hot sauce. But Judy prefers herrs with butter. Either way, its great stuff!

I air fried 4 of these Pork Chops, But not very hungry. I had some left over
coleslaw, from yesterday-Milk sounds good for me tonight.

We have Joe's stone crab mustard recipe. It's mayo, dry mustard, bit of worchestershire, a touch of A1, salt, cream. I've been told it's very good with soft pretzels as well.

Oh, man, LT, is orange rice cooked in orange juice? I had an aunt that made that for us all the time, thinking she was getting fancy, until we told her to stop! LOL!

Our local grocery (Publix) packages them in the bakery with only 4 to a package. They will split any produce or bakery item into any size you need. I bought 2.
