We are, allegedly, going to have a day without rain so I will grill a steak,
make a baked potato, and make a veg to be named later. There will be a good

I'm quite pleased how this turned out.
I made the asparagus and chopped pepper and onion on a sheet pan. 425/ 20 minutes.
Chicken in the grill pan.

Okay, well I tried the air fry feature of my new oven on chicken wings at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. They weren't terrible, nice and juicy, but nowhere near as good as my Mom's baked wings. So, I doubt I'll do that again.
And I never buy frozen fries, so I didn't know that the package said to do them in a conventional oven. I did them in my convection toaster oven. Good! I may try air frying real fries at some point.

Well the other 2 porkchops I had left from the other night- Went into the slow cooker
with a Can of Cream of mushroom soup, peas, and I poured it over potato's. It came out tasty.
Good with a Bud.

Lee I've noticed a lot of packaged frozen foods now have air fryer directions as well as oven.

Lora, the fries bag gave air fryer directions, but the oven manual said to do packaged frozen food in a conventional oven. Maybe countertop air fryers are different.
I'm having a hard time finding any recipes online for oven air fryers. Must be a new thing.
Kathy, THESE are my absolute favorite wings to make! Nothing else I've ever done has compared.

Somewhere in the family of lobster and shrimp, but sweeter and more tender than lobster.

The flavor is sweet. The texture is different. Shrimp is a piece. Lobster tail is a piece. Lobster body is different texture than tail. It is less solid and more "'stringy", if that makes any sense. Crab texture is more like that. But the flavor is sweeter than lobster. Sweet like shrimp, but texture like Lobster body.
The plan today is a l/o turkey meatball sub with provolone, peppers and onions and sweet potato fries, that is, if we don't lose power from the damn storms coming.

Dungeness crab (which is specific to the cold waters of the Pacific from Alaska to California) are the BEST. The meat is just sweet enough. The meat is tender and sooo delicious! I've tried blue crab and am not a fan. If you want to try crab, don't let your first time be canned! 🤢
Mini sub with 2 big leftover turkey meatballs, half slice of provolone, peppers and onions and Hidden Valley Ranch Secret Sauce.

Shrimp and broccoli stir fry today / rice.
This is shrimp which I detailed then sauteed in a little evoo, then tossed it in with Birds Eye sesame ginger broccoli 'Skillet" side dish.
