What is Your Weather?

We got very warm today and had rain off and on with heavy rain right now. Then by Sunday we are only going to 39 for a high. Then warm up again next week.

It's 33º now, and supposed to fall to 23º overnight.
Today was nice, but windy as heck.
Next door neighbors truck blew a brake line so I was helping him remove the old rusted line fittings. Got to get the new line tomorrow at Advance Auto.
Tina says,"How come break downs on cars always happen when it freezing cold out?"

"They don't break in the nice weather!" Grrrrrrr!!!

we got down to 14 overnight. Had a dusting of snow yesterday morning. Going to warm to mid 50's by Wednesday. No wonder everybody is sick.

Not bad down here in Lower Alabama. Was a cool 59° when I got up. Should warm to around 70° before the day is over. Lots of sun today. Yesterday was about the same.
Oh, by the way, what is this snow thing that some of you keep talking about? :)

It is white rain! We got all the way to 40 today but the breeze was still cold. Have outside work to do when it warms a little bit. Sure are burning the wood the past few days.

Rain last night after first frost of the year yeasterday morning. 8C allday yesterday but a blistering 9C today with rain showers and very light winds. Winter is here early!

Raining rain and leaves. I walked outside to pull in the trash container, and I had like a pound of leaves stuck to the bottom soles.
Tina scolds me if a leaf is dragged in.

Woke up to about an inch on the ground this morning. When the sun got out it was gone by 9 am. Then 3 more times today we had fast moving squalls roll through, followed by bright sunshine. Last one hit around 4 and had lots of big sleet balls in it. Going to be like this a lot with the lakes warm and some real cold arctic air moving in over them. Cold is supposed to drive all the way down to Cajun country by early next week.

Had some light flurries today. Tina was driving through the Poconos in PA and she was thrilled there was snow on the ground.
She left PA at 7 tonight and thought she would have to fight squalls, but they were not there when she went through the area.

She just loves snow. When it snows at night, she gets dressed and drives around just for the fun of it. That reminds me, I gotta throw some cinder blocks, and a bag of sand in the trunk for weight over the axel so the car has better traction. It's a good ole rear wheel drive. Mama Doesn't like front drive cars. Time to dig out the bag of rusty chains. Just in case we need them.

WE are UP in Jackson, MS for the weekend, and it is 47 this morning. The weather person on TV told us that later next week the low here would be 32. Too cold for this ole boy! We will be back in Lower Alabama by then.

Amish boys are up here cutting wood. This was about an hour ago. We took a break and had coffee and brownies.

We're back in Lower Alabama and when I got up this morning, a little after 5, the temperature was a chilly, no make that COLD, 37° and the predicted high it only 56° . Oh well, it will be back in the mid 70’s highs and mid 60’s lows by the weekend.

It’s cool down here in Lower Alabama too. The high yesterday was only in the high 50’s. Today the forecast calls for the low 60’s, but it had better hurry to get there/
There is a predicted low of 29° for Wednesday night and lows in the low 30’s for most of the week. Did I ever tell you I like warm weather?????? Come on Summer!

Postcard weather today. Clear, suny, not a cloud in the sky. High will be mid 70's with a slight breeze.

Sorry all of you back east. Might rain on Thanksgiving---liquid sunshine that is.
