Today was sardines in a spicy chili oil. I added yellow mustard.
I haven't had anything yet.Good Friday lunch was a tin of quality sardines in virgin olive oil and a tin of Polish sprats in mustard. Tonight is tuna salad sandwiches.

I need to make that as well. The chicken we got at Safeway the other day was on the small side and what was leftover she boiled for soup.Thanks for the reminder, John.
I'm going to make some more Willow Tree chicken salad soon.
