I paid 14 bucks for two pounds of Ground Beef today; UGH !

Nix on the egg salad .... So instead, Tina fried leftover angel hair spaghetti in butter till it crisped up a little bit. It hit the spot. Yep! Right on the butt.
Mom used to make spaghetti sandwich sandwiches on buttered toast.
 
I pulled some l/o chicken enchiladas from the freezer...and made a batch of rice cooker Spanish rice....OMG! Hit the comfort-food spot. We'll sleep good tonight!

Tonight was a late supper at BarBistro after hospital visit to see our friend Ann. We had a cup of very good clam chowder, Nancy had the risotto with crab, and I had the rare Wagyu burger, and excellent as always.
