I was shopping at WinCo this afternoon and in the frozen bin they had cubed beef cheeks.
what could I use them for? I’ll have to google recipes.
Matt is coming tomorrow, spend a few days, then take Maddie home. I’ll see what he says.Really? I've heard that pork cheeks are wonderful.

Grouper cheeks and other fish are fabulous, so makes sense that land animal cheeks would be too.Really? I've heard that pork cheeks are wonderful.

Is that Cacique brand? If so, no, I would not eat it, and it has nothing to do with the ingredients listed...I tried that brand once and it was awful, just a mushy, uanppetizing mess that I wouldn't feed to my dog (if I had a dog). They have a few other things in their brand that are okay so I was totally surprised at how bad their chorizo was.
And gravy!Gelatin from cooking, makes good broth.
I couldn't!! Too much to eat!I would not. Well, maybe a bite but that's it. Unless it was good. LOL First impression was no way.
Would you?

I’ve had fried catfish eggs, not my favorite, and I love caviar, and fresh salmon eggs.
