It came out pretty good and was about #2 on heat. She made the sauce using the reduced liquid from simmering the lamb chops and blended three different curry powders she had plus a new one she bought at the Indian shop today. The rice was a Mahatma microwave bag of jasmine rice. The salad was locally grown romaine and a cuke from our garden.She’s making a lamb curry.
