Had pizza last night, Probably chicken soup for lunch...... DD is home with a sinus infection, so we will play it by ear. Thank god it cooled down. It at least cranks up the appetites...

End of the day, I found a 2015 Hyundai Elantra GT. It has a brand new Hyundai installed Engine. & 4 new tires. 6 speed stick shift.
$8950 interior is immaculate.

Tonight I had mussels, and a slice of pizza. Tina had mashed potatoes. and gravy. She's having stomach issues again. I swear it's season change that starts it.

penne with ground beef, sauce, cottage cheese and mozzarella/provolone.
It's like old school baked spaghetti that Mom used to make

The zucchini was perfectly fork tender and not at all mushy at 375/ 25 mins.
