I make chicken pieces like this ALL the time - usually chicken leg quarters or wings - and I keep forgetting to take a picture. Until now. Here are some of the wings we had recently. Absolutely my favorite way to have them! I posted the recipe in another thread, but I'll copy and paste it...

Went to the shiny new grocery store in town and they (Hy-Vee) had grass fed filet mignon on “sale”. So I’m giving them a warm bath for a few hours @129F* and then into the screaming hot cast iron for a minute on each side.
Since Hy-Vee came to town ALL the other grocery stores are dropping their prices. I like how that works 😁

3-Way: Chili + spaghetti + shredded Cheddar cheese.
4-Way: Chili + spaghetti + diced onions + shredded Cheddar cheese.

Tonight was a pork sirloin roast braised in a sour cherry concoction that was quite good, almost like duck with cherries. The green beans were sautéed with almonds, lemons peel, and lemon juice. I look forward to both again.
1 Large Chicken Quarter- Boiled it in water for 90+ Minutes.
Removed The Bird from the broth. I did a ladle of broth and
put in small pan to make Gravy. added a little Better 'Than Bouillon'
Frozen Pea's . I have a lot of Chicken stock left.

After taking some cold formula and clearing my gourd, I made a quickie egg fried rice and put some Tai Pei egg rolls in the oven.
I could taste it well enough to enjoy it.
Salad, Air Fried Pork Chops, peas, Potato's & Gravy.
Milk.
