So far, it's chili, but not cut in stone yet.

Added less sauce this time, and used a fairly strong flavoured rice.. which I really like.

I haven't made this in years, but I did today. Really good! I added tiny shells to the soup. And used Tony Cachere's instead of Emeril's essence.

I saw Emeril make it and he tossed a handful of rosemary popcorn on top of the soup. That's what I did the first time, but the broth made the popcorn soggy. So I had it on the side this time.

The soup is very good. The rosemary popcorn is excellent!

Kasey brought me some sushi roll as she, Payton and their friend Dylan ate there( Ninja) prior to dropping by.
I ate a little of it only because she got it for me.

Well, they soak up some broth, making it more like a stew after awhile. I could have kept them separate until I served it, but it didn't occur to me until too late. Still good!

I got the shrimp tacos, she got a steak burrito with rice which surprised me.
Didn't get pics, too busy texting with Kasey and tracking her journey and trying to eat and talk at the same time.

Tonight was a can of beef barley soup. Tina wasn't hungry. I just had a banana for dessert.

She got a lot of W30 friendly prosciutto, meat sticks, cashew queso, and bone broth.

I had the last of the spaghetti squash, two chicken meatballs and some marinara, and am stuffed.
