I'm thinking Garlic Steak Bites with a new-to-me recipe for Baked Potatoes with Whipped Feta and pan roasted asparagus.

Hi all- I have my niece here from Parma Idaho, We been
Restaurant hopping since Saturday, when she flew in.
Chinese Saturday night. Sunday football- CHILIS. 1/2 rack
ribs, Chicken Crispers. Last night we went to
Red Lobster, I had Clam Chowder, Seafood stuffed Mushrooms (YUM),
and we both had dual Main lobster tails, Coleslaw & Cocktails.

Not sure what I'm having for dinner yet.
Thinking maybe a smash burger.

I had scrambled eggs and the rest of a fruit bowl from last night.
Didn't plate it for a pic.
Plopped the eggs in a bowl, ate the fruit right out of the container.

Tonight was buffalo burgers on the grill topped with Brussels sprouts and shallots with acorn squash on the side.

Today's dinner will be whole air fryer chicken wings and spinach salad.

I made 8 in all, 3 for dinner.

Had Chicken soup, and griddled cheese. DD made the cheese sandwich using mayonnaise instead of butter. it was great. Peanut butter cookie for dessert.

We're having Chicken Enchiladas, beans and rice. Last time I made chicken enchiladas, I put half of the filling into the freezer for a future meal. Today is that day. The beans and rice are also from the freezer...so easy meal tonight.

The Ranch Market (Asian market) has it in their frozen section. It’s good!

I'm going to 99 Ranch in an hour or so with my sister-in-law. We're making sushi rolls or maybe deconstructed sushi bowls for dinner tonight.

I FINALLY finished all my leftovers! Bought a nice heirloom tomato and made a BLT on seeded rye.

Nancy is making steelhead patties from steelhead I made last week. I made this tartar sauce using a garlic Aioli adding dill relish, yellow mustard, and dill weed. Her aioli is made from scratch with homemade mayo.

Big lunch today, so dinner will be a salad with a chicken patty. Bing, bang, boom...
