Tonight will be a reprieve from last nights casserole that flunked the taste test.... I made egg salad; tuna salad, plus macaroni salad to go with our grilled hot dogs tonight.
Just happy to get the grill cleaned and readied for BBQ's and cooking.

This is like a tempura chicken (turns out well in the oven per instructions) ... crispy!
I'd never do it on the stove or the microwave.
The sauce is a savory soy and garlic mix.
It's delicious.

I had cottage cheese and cantaloupe (sliced) with black pepper on both.
My Dad used to put pepper on cantaloupe.
I'll make pan grilled sirloin tomorrow with some healthy sides.

Had a container of beef spicy ramen noodles, and a tuna salad on a split top roll.
Pop corn for dessert. Butter Pecan Ice Cream later.

These steaks were labeled 'sirloin steakhouse cuts'.
I had rubbed them well with seasoning salt and allowed them to sit in the fridge since early this morning.
Reverse sear/ in oven @225 for about 30-35 minutes, into the hot grill pan for about 2 minutes per side.
Green beans, cuke/onion/tomato salad too.
(I'm going to have to see if Ty will part with one of his CI grill pans, I loathe mine lol)

Tonight's supper is kielbasa cooked in sauerkrout and potatoes.
Tina made a white vanilla cake with chocolate icing, and I want mine with ice cream, and fresh strawberries on the side. The heck with diebeatus for one meal. It's not gonna matter that much.

Tonight I had the for meat pizza from Von’s in Seattle. The lardons were smoky pork belly, methinks…very unusual. It’s the first pizza I’ve had that was shaped like a football.

I was cleaning out the freezer. I found a small pkg. of Chicken.
I air Fried it, put it in a zip lock w/Franks Hot sauce, I put
it back in the air fryer for another 5 minutes. YUM, the picture looks dry
But very juicy.
