I highly recommend it! Especially for something like pork loin...and ribs too! My DH has grown to really appreciate sous vide. When the store has a pork loin sale, I'll stock up on them, keep them in the freezer and then break them out when I want an easy meal.

So, Lee, go for it! I can let you know when Annova has a sale, if you like? I love their stuff.
 
Last night was BLT salad. Today is Peter's birthday so we are having pizza and cake.

No pics. Judy is barely eating. The nurses said she should be eating a lot of protein to help with healing. So I made big juicy hamburgers. She ate about 3/4 of it.

I also bought some of those protein drinks that the body builder people drink. She actually liked the coffe one - said it tasted like a Frappucino.
