Took Kathy for a birthday lunch.

For lunch today, I made some beet green soup using beet greens from my garden. It turned out fantastic! Much better than it looks! I will definitely make it again.

For dinner, we had spaghetti with meat and mushroom sauce, and a side chopped Italian salad with garden cukes and tomatoes.

Ooops, forgot to push "post reply" for the above message. Sigh. Today, I have a pork loin in the sous vide. We'll have that with roasted root vegetables and a salad. I picked up a couple of salad "kits" at the market, just have to choose one.
