We like them grilled. You can also chop them up and pan fry. They are commonly made with eggs, scrambled usually.How do you make your nopales? I've never made them but am so intrigued!
I highly recommend it! Especially for something like pork loin...and ribs too! My DH has grown to really appreciate sous vide. When the store has a pork loin sale, I'll stock up on them, keep them in the freezer and then break them out when I want an easy meal.Ginny, that glistening pork loin almost makes me want a sous vide.

I made mine on toasted 1/2 loaf Lewis oat bread.
Couldn't find those Green Giant zucchini fries anywhere, so I settled for waffle fries.
