Pork and fennel ragu. Used part of a slow and low oven roasted pork butt from the other day. Garnished with pecorino romano, fennel pollen and fennel fronds.

Pan-seared scallops on a bed of "power vegs" which were new to me. Pretty good, and the best part is that they were ready in 6 minutes in the microwave!
