Chinese takeout tonight. 2 egg rolls for me; plus shovel's of pork fried rice.

Same. Well, not same dishes, but Chinese. This is form my local, Asia Joint: generals Tsos', Curry Puffs (these things are life), Chicken and Chive Wontons

I had half a small corned beef sandwich for dinner last night.
I think I am going to have to go to the doctor and get a cortisone shot in my shoulder. It's still painful to move it much more than an inch or so and I can't lift it very high.

I don't think I've ever seen them in any Chinese restaurant, but I will look more carefully from now on!

I made shrimp and scallop ravioli with a pernod cream sauce. I have enough ravioli left in the freezer for 2 more meals.

I used the Legal Seafood recipe to make clam chowder, but added some diced carrots. I would probably add a little more flour when making the roux next time, but it was just as good as I remember it being the last time I had some from the restaurant.

Had a garden salad with thousand island dressing, a Liverwurst sandwich and mayo and onions.
Tina had ham & cheese on rye. Nothing great, but at least filling.

Ironman, nice touch with the blueberry cream cheese! Could you taste the blueberry? I don't use any sausages in my ABT's anymore - friends prefer them without.

Wild Alaskan Company. You see ads for it on Facebook all the time. I ordered halibut, salmon, rockfish, spot prawns, sablefish, weathervane scallops.
