What are you eating Sunday 10/8/2023 to Saturday 10/14/2023?

This soup is good, but I used no sodium beef broth... oops, so I had to add salt and pepper.
It tastes like Jules did.
Next time I'll pay attention and get the regular beef broth. 🙄
It's not exactly a keto meal since I'm having garlic toast with it. 🤣

I made two boneless/skinless chicken breasts that had been marinating in Italian dressing for 3 hours.
In the oven @350 for 30-35 mins, added finely shredded parm and a sprinkle of Italian herbs.
Also mashed/buttered butternut squash- added a pinch of brown sugar and cinnamon, and steamed green beans.
I'll have pumpkin pie ice cream later.

It was Groton fish sticks and green peas, and Shepherds pie for Tina. Diner made.
I'm looking for dessert now. Quietly; so as not to make noise and get reamed by the Mrs.
Today is pick on jimmy day.

Do you like yogurt, Jimmy? Often after dinner, I eat Chobani zero sugar yogurt (60 calories) with a couple of blasts of whipped cream on top (15 -30 calories). Delicous, filling, and relatively healthy.

I do eat yogurt once in a while, but I like the one with the guernsey cow on the container.
I think it's "sunny field farms" brand. We can't find that anymore in the stores.
