Our second vegetarian meal of the week. Baked sweet potato, roasted Brussels sprouts, big salad. I had a bunch of veggies in the fridge that needed to be used up.

Low carb chickpea pasta with Italian chicken sausage and vegetable sauce that I didn't make yesterday lol

I had fried chicken strips, green beans, and a Knorr noodle side for dinner last night.

I’m making that Mediterranean halibut dish with the last of my halibut and tomatoes from the garden.

I cleaned out my Freezer. I found a NY Strip Steak, and Scallops.
My salad had tomato's and peppers from my garden-( I roasted
a few Jalapenos, took seed out of 2 of them. They were great. Shortly after
biting into the one with seeds, I ran for the Milk) Baked Potato came out
great, had a nice crispy skin. Steamed corn, and a Glass of Milk. The
Scallops had a tasty Whiskey sauce on them.

Sugar free Teriyaki Boneless beef ribs, crunchy shrimp and green salad

I got the last of the halibut from Chuck Custer out of freezer and made the Mediterranean fish recipe I like to make. It had our home grown tomatoes in it. There was a spiriolized zucchini dish as a side.
The salad was some of the last greens from our garden, beets, and goat cheese.

Tina was out and about today; so she picked up 2 fried shrimp dinners with mashed potatoes and gravy.
Cole slaw, and biscuits. It wasn't bad. Not a bit greasy.

Hamburger, and salad. Hot banana pepper rings on the side.
