I made a huge overstuffed omelet for breakfast for hubby and I to share. Filling consists of peppers, onion, garlic, cremini mushrooms, bacon, spinach, some leftover shredded chicken, havarti and cheddar cheese. Yummy!

I'm having a toasted Dave's Everything bagel and a Haagen-Dazs coffee yogurt.

I didn't find it overly sweet, but the coffee flavour sure was strong lol

Breakfast was Taylor ham, an English muffin, and an egg.

Breakfast was pies - meat pie (Pizzagaina), sweet pie (pasta, eggs, ricotta, and spices), and lemon meringue.

We had breakfast at a Holiday Inn Express this morning. It killed me to pass up the biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs, but the sausage and bacon were delicious….

The eggs are 1/2 cup egg whites.

Dave's bread with low sodium Smart Balance.

Low sodium V-8.

Mandarin orange (sometimes I vary the fruit).

I found a bunch of these in the store yesterday, but every one of them had turkey or chicken sausage. I tried to like poultry sausage, but have been unsuccessful. So far.
