No, I use plant based butter, only. I loved butties with real butter but that is a no no. Speaking of which, I need to make an appointment to see an allergist and get skin tested. I feel no difference from being wheat free although I don’t get phlegm like I did when I drank milk and ate ice cream.

Brunch was a gf bagel with df cream cheese and my home smoked steelhead. It is so tasty! Oh, eh! I had a second cup of coffee, as well.

It's excellent with a drizzle of maple syrup.

Steak and Eggs - the last of the frittata and leftover ribeye. I used the the last of my H.P. Sauce, as well, so looking to do a weekend in Canada, but not holding my breath.

No, that’s okay. I appreciate the thought. the little glass bottles taste different than the big plastic bottles.

Oh yeah it's the only thing I buy now.
It's got a whole different taste because it contains ginger and molasses.

I fried up the last of the Farmland Ham for breakfast. It’s too sweet for my tastes and won’t buy it again. I fried the eggs in John Morell bacon grease and avocado oil and they came out nicely. I saved two slices of ham for tomorrow’s sandwiches.

I’ve been having overnight oats with psyllium, chia, hemp hearts and peanut butter lately to up my fiber and Omegas.
