It was quite tasty but even the 25% Less Sodium is a bit to salty for me. My eggs broke but were still good. Just wish I had some toast.
I do but today’s was scrambled with milk added. I let it cook similar to an omelet.LOL! John, what is it you're doing that keeps breaking your yolks? You slamming the shells on the edge of your pan???

Yes, they were free range, brown eggs from Wilcox Farms here in our area. Costco sells them. They were pretty old and last two in the carton. The other was a white egg with thin shell from Idaho. The brown eggs are a much thicker shell.Yes, I know, but you've posted a couple of broken-yolk fried egg photos lately, so I was wondering what you're doing.
I've been buying free-range organic eggs for a year or so and it seems to me that their shells are MUCH tougher than the far less expensive eggs I've bought most of my life. Takes a little more force to crack them.
