Mark, would you say the same thing about frozen french fries?I like them better in the air fryer than deep frying.

I’m not sure, Lee. I only have tater tots in the freezer. You have to give them a “shake” half way thru cooking them. I’m thinking if fries turned out like my hash browns, then yes.
If I had to do it again I’d spend a few more pennies and get a rotisserie air fryer.
I made 2 over easy, toasted English muffins and Johnsonville maple sausage strips.
This should do me well until dinner.

Today starts the Mediterranean diet… it wasn’t a bad start. I had a banana chocolate smoothie and scrambled egg whites with veg. Cholula helped.

Egg white omelette with sautéed veg. It was pretty good.
I had Pepperidge Farm French toast bread, toasted - with whipped butter.
Do you use Eggbeaters or a store brand? I have 1/2 cup of store brand every morning with Dave's toast, Smart Balance, a little ketchup and sliced green onions. I really like it and it holds me until early afternoon.

Egg Beaters. We like them as well as anything.
Eggbeaters are really expensive around here, but the store brand is excellent. And yellow!
I have this breakfast almost every day, and oddly enough, don't get sick of it.
When I go out for breakfast, a couple of times a year, I'll have whole poached eggs and bacon, though.

This diet continues… one slice French toast wit I can’t believe it’s not butter spray and sugar free faux maple syrup, Turkey bacon, and strawberries.
