I bought these two salad kits.
I'm thinking I'd purchased a similar one before to use in a stir-fry. 🤔

What I like about these, is that they last a long time in the crisper.

Also had to settle for this, because they were out of the smoke house maple.
I'm going to be using it on chops and chicken.

While shopping today, I was looking for stuff that is different to have for breakfast, besides my usual oatmeal, banana or yogurts.
I'm striving to eat healthier and stick to it!
Spent a bundle on things for keto meals, not necessarily low calorie but my intent is there as well.
They only had my Dave's in the yellow wrapper.

I had to get that Good Seed last time, since they didn't have the 100 calorie red Power Seed. It's delicious toasted, but a bit too sweet for me. I think you'll like it, Lora.

Lee, I think I'll stick to the Good Seed from now on.
The red was a bit much, but as you'll recall I did use it for a sandwich, but mostly half sandwiches.
I think I've tried them all except for the white and rye.
There were several keto breads, even though my diet is going on that direction - I saw nothing that was appealing, plus the cost was off the charts lol
 
I tried a loaf of keto bread once. Not only is it expensive, :puke1:
I buy Brownberry whole grain now. Eat the carbs early in the day. 👍
All the good and healthy breads are expensive lol
Yep best to eat the carbs early.
I'm probably going to be pretty much bread -less after I get down to the serious keto thing, or at least I'm going to try.
I've no pasta or rice in the house now.
I have potatoes and bread.
That's it.
