Still recuperating from this head & Chest cold...
Could not get the gumption to make dinner...
I DID get up enough gumption to make..

Thanks for starting the new week, Lee.
I've been napping 😴 since I'm working all night.
I had scrambled eggs and sliced tomatoes for late lunch.
Jules is bringing something healthy for us to share tonight.

I tried a bit of an experiment...I took 1/2 of a chicken, brined it and then dredged it in some flour(s) and spices...followed by a spin on the rotisserie. Yum! Served it with some pasta and corn. We both enjoyed it and I'll need to make notes in order to repeat in the future!

Looks great to me! I have a couple of friends who had a "set it and forget it" rotisserie. They loved it!

It is easy to use...and better than cleaning the regular oven after cooking! I think this experiment may be our new favorite chicken!

Yup !
Not listed for me either...
Used Sass's link...

Reheated the last of the rotisserie chicken and my delicious mashed turnip (I make it like mashed potatoes, but add caramelized chopped onion). Served with a microwaveable bag of fresh green beans (what a great invention!) dressed the way my friend's Italian grandmother dressed them - excellent EVOO, salt and lots of black pepper.
