Never did take my walk today, mostly because of that and the wind.
Gotta love Northern Ohio right now.

The weekend is looking interesting because of the S word.

Twuzz kibbles and bits...as I call it, ( homemade hamburger helper ), over Dutch noodles. banana cake for dessert. The kids came over after church for supper.

I parboiled vegetables in chicken stock and it’s been melding flavors in the fridge for 3 days. Tonight it shall be turned into tortellini soup.

Supper was roasted carrot soup with Pheasant Brand Polenta corn bread, nice and gritty.

We've been veggie out, watching Netiflix...so I'm raiding the freezer. We'll have Sweet & Sour Chicken with a pot of rice cooker Jasmine rice and a store bought salad kit. Now....back to movies!

I believe this was Starkist yellowfin in oil, but I will use what I have on hand. I do like solid tunas in oil. Starkist and Wild Planet are often my go-tos.

We are still eating albacore we home canned in 2021.

Our youngest daughter and her husband came for dinner. We started out with shrimp cocktail, octopus tentacles, and seared ahi tuna that was encrusted in everything bagel seasoning. The main was seafood stuffed csnneloni (no photo). Here's the cooked shrimp and the octopus and tuna before cooking:
