Dinner Sunday November 2 - Saturday 8 2025 🦃🍂

Tina used up some cherry tomatoes.... garlic and onion minced in a little olive oil, and cooked till reduced. Added to wagon wheel macaroni, and that was lunch. Supper was breaded eggplant and fried. I had mine with bread and provolone cheese made a tasty sandwich...

We had dinner salads last night. Typical green and red leaf lettuces, spinach, cucumber, radish, tomatoes, chicken, bacon, parmesan cheese, dried cranberries, pistachios, and ranch and balsamic dressing. It's a really nice combination of flavors.

I picked up Panda Express yesterday for my lunch for today. Well it's probably 2 lunches.

That looks like my container when I go to Hong Kong buffet.
Always enough to last me days. 😋

Couldn't find the flatbread I was looking for so I used naan.
Also herbed goat cheese instead of brie.
Hey! It worked.
This is a great combo.

I like naan quite well and it's an easy stovetop bread to make. And I prefer goat cheese to brie, so good choice in my book. That's just me!

Here's a garlic naan I made awhile back:

Yep, cold and crappy here also, Jusa.
Never did take my walk today, mostly because of that and the wind.
Gotta love Northern Ohio right now.
🙄😅
The weekend is looking interesting because of the S word.
Shhhh. Perish the thought. We get your weather a day or so later...so Monday here it's gonna turn to shite (aka snow). Well different colors, but...

I'm thinking fish too. Halibut on the "smart" grill, taters and a salad. Lazy day, easy stuff.
I think my smart grill is one of my very best purchases, ever! Non-stick and cooks it to the desired temp, etc. The potatoes were a new-to-me recipe, olive oil, garlic, parsley and shallots. Yum! I decided to bake some shrimp along side the taters. 😍
