Yesterdays’s lunch at hospital coffee shop was a tuna salad on white.
I'm eating a Chobani peach Greek Yogurt.

Good Friday lunch was a tin of quality sardines in virgin olive oil and a tin of Polish sprats in mustard. Tonight is tuna salad sandwiches.
I haven't had anything yet.
Leftover pasta.
I made a Crazy Crust Pizza for lunch. Later will be DH's requested hot dogs, etc. I added chopped onions and sliced black olives, 'cuz it's my pizza and a can if a want to!

Lunch today was a turkey bologna sandwich slathered with butter and mayonnaise, Himalayan kettle salted potato chips, and a glass of milk. I’ll probably do the same for supper but with some cold roast beef.

I need to make that as well. The chicken we got at Safeway the other day was on the small side and what was leftover she boiled for soup.
We had the same! Great minds & all that. However, we had Doritos.
I made this for lunch today and have a lot leftover for work tomorrow night.
It's my chosen holiday to work.
It was supposed to have asparagus and cherry tomatoes, but I used what I had to substitute.
Cheese Tortellini, red onion, green beans, tomato, balsamic vinaigrette and parm.

Incredibly, the frozen White Castles are delicious! And take 1 minute to microwave, LOL!

I’ve never had one.
They are, but they won't stand up to the side by side comparison! Plus, it was a fun drive!

I don't think the frozen ones have pickles on them.
I have to have WC at least once a year. The fish sandwich and sloppy joe aren't that bad, either.

Today’s lunch at my gun club was gas grilled Polish sausage, sauerkraut, beans, and my wife’s German potato salade. Her potato salade was a hit. She made it with potatoes leftover from what she cooked for the tortilla and didn’t need, so they were on the mushy side but no one complained.
