Grilled Velveeta and tomato on seeded bakery rye for lunch. (No soup this was too filling)

National Taco Day! Made a fried cod taco with pico from my garden tomato, jalapeno, onion and parsley (I didn't have cilantro - bummer). So good that I'm going to do it again tomorrow.

This week, I went to two farms - one was about 30 minutes west of my house, the other was about 30 minutes north. I bought two ears of corn from each farm. Tested the first ear tonight - old and chewy. Will report on an ear from the second farm tomorrow.

Sharon I was going to use the leftovers from the beef cabbage taco skillet today, to make some tacos, but decided it would be good stuffed in acorn squash.
Not today though, I've already had enough today going to Arby's lol
That's an awesome idea! Good thinking! ❤️
