The steak nuggets taste like smoked brisket, but a bit on the dry side.
Sharon I was going to use the leftovers from the beef cabbage taco skillet today, to make some tacos, but decided it would be good stuffed in acorn squash.
Not today though, I've already had enough today going to Arby's lol

National Taco Day! Made a fried cod taco with pico from my garden tomato, jalapeno, onion and parsley (I didn't have cilantro - bummer). So good that I'm going to do it again tomorrow.
This week, I went to two farms - one was about 30 minutes west of my house, the other was about 30 minutes north. I bought two ears of corn from each farm. Tested the first ear tonight - old and chewy. Will report on an ear from the second farm tomorrow.

Today we had Jimmy Jr. over after work for Chickee babies. His wife is in NYC for some kind of meeting, so Beside that, Tina has a slow cooker cooking chicken soup for tomorrow. Gosh those little Cornish hens are so cute. And Tasty too! You wanna just pinch them on their little tooshies.

We always put tomatoes in chicken soup. We just cut the tomatoes in wedges, and drop them into the soup. Another thing we like is small chunks of Romano cheese. Those are the surprises when you scoop one up. Yummmmy!
