I nearly bought crab cakes at the store the other day, Dan.
I believe it was the Phillips brand.
Omg, the price for two. Eeek!

Turkey breasts were on sale so I bought a small 5-pounder and crockpotted it with some of my fresh rosemary, sage and thyme. The flavor is delicious, but the meat is dry. Will have Ken's Lite Ranch dressing to dip the leftovers in.

Roasted pumpkin and steamed broccoli as sides. (Loving that pumpkin!)

It was cod fish in a butter wine sauce, stove top stuffing, and canned spinach.
Apple pie for dessert. Apples are starting to dominate the farm stands now.

Is that a Cooks ham steak? That’s what I buy. Love it pan fried with greens cooked in the drippings and mash.

I have been on a Campbell Soup & Sandwich kick this whole week.
Tomato, Chicken Noodle, Cream of Mushroom, Vegtable Beef,
& Clam Chowder.
