What's on The Plates Sunday November 19 - Saturday 25

Geez, I would be all excited if I got a last-minute reprieve! Are you?

Yeah it's not a big deal really.
I think some of the full time nurses must have picked up extra - without Thomas our scheduler realizing just how many are on.
This happens close to the holidays because they want to make extra bucks for Christmas 😉

It's always a ball of confusion Lol

Well this isn't your Grandma's Sunday dinner lol
I thought I had a can of tomato soup.
Nope!
Ok so I made a grilled cheese, then thought hey! I'll make some more coleslaw to go with it.
No carrots left, so I sliced some cabbage and onion, tossed it with honey mustard dressing and mayo.
That's dinner.
I'll have a few pieces of baklava later for dessert.

These boneless pork ribs came out really good.
They are from a 2lb package, some were larger than the others.
I put them in the oven in a baking pan covered with foil then sealed them tightly with foil, in at 325 for a little over 2 hours, brushed them with Lawry's Korean BBQ sauce.
The red potatoes and green beans are Birds Eye, one of the microwave ones, they're in a delicious parmesan sauce.
I also made a spinach, cuke and walnut salad.
My first time using Hidden Valley Ranch avocado dressing. It's good. I bought it to use on a keto recipe I'll be making soon.
Loved this meal.
It's going to be the same thing tomorrow.
Should have made this yesterday lol

Experimenting Tuesday Lunch. I juiced most of
my garden tomato's. I had maybe 1 cup left
after filling QT Jars. So into a small pot, 1 cup
homemadee tomato Juice, a Chicken leg & Thigh.
about a 1/2 hour later, a hand full of rice.
Very Tasty. I have the juice, next time celery, onion,
green pepper. I have 3-QTS of Tomato Juice, 1-qt
tomato water. (which is tasty too.

Dan, I don't know if you drink alcohol, but if you do and like Bloody Marys, homemade tomato juice is SO delicious in them!
