What's On The Plates? Sunday April 27 - Saturday May 3 2025

I've got a chicken sitting in brine in the fridge. I'm going to use the rotisserie to cook it. Not sure what we'll have with it yet... :unsure:
Decided on Parmesan Roasted taters and corn...good meal!

I'm planning Taco Salads for dinner. I have freezer beans and freezer rice, I'll use some l/o rotisserie chicken too...in the meantime, there was a great sale on pork roast at the market today. So, I've got a couple of pots going, one with pork for Pulled Pork and one with pork for Carnitas. Some will make it to the table this week and the rest will be future freezer meals. The house smells great!

I am not so hungry so I´ll have just some snack: sandwiches with cheese and sausage, banana and strawberry yogurt.
