The only Jersey Mike's around here is in Defiance.
I like them, but usually stay local and go to Subway on Scott Street, or the others.
Like we need that many Subways here?

Whole 30, from her cookbook. It was very good and next time will use halibut, which I have in freezer. I made to much the one small piece of steelhead was just enough. I will say I’ve travelled in Tunisia and never saw a fish of any kind. Every meal was lamb , beef, or chicken.

within a reasonable distance from your home, then they can;t

One cup of coffee? LOL...there was a place at our local mall called "Bang, Bang Noodles." The stuff from Trader Joe's is called Boom Boom Shrimp. Lack of caffeine caused the confusion, I think.

Well I made homemade cannelloni trays for the freezer using my homemade sourdough pasta sheets. They are filled/rolled with pork and beef, and ricotta, Asiago and parmesan with fresh herbs also. I put a layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of each pan and layered beshemel, tomato, and pesto on top. It will be nice when we come home from our trip since I won't have time to go to the store and won't feel like cooking.

The chicken meat balls are delicious.
Thank you! Before baking I sprinkle shredded mozz over the top. It's one of my favorite Italian dishes but it's rare to see it on restaurant menus.
