The only Jersey Mike's around here is in Defiance.
I like them, but usually stay local and go to Subway on Scott Street, or the others.
Like we need that many Subways here?
Lol

One cup of coffee? LOL...there was a place at our local mall called "Bang, Bang Noodles." The stuff from Trader Joe's is called Boom Boom Shrimp. Lack of caffeine caused the confusion, I think.
Pretty sure bang bang shrimp is a dish at Bonefish Grill. I'm not sure, but they may have it trademarked. Most copycat are called boom boom.

Well I made homemade cannelloni trays for the freezer using my homemade sourdough pasta sheets. They are filled/rolled with pork and beef, and ricotta, Asiago and parmesan with fresh herbs also. I put a layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of each pan and layered beshemel, tomato, and pesto on top. It will be nice when we come home from our trip since I won't have time to go to the store and won't feel like cooking.

Not the prettiest but I know they'll taste good. Before saucing the top:
