I'm going to watch a 50th Anniversary Edmund Fitzgerald documentary, maybe with popcorn if I feel snacky.
Today was a big b'day for DH. I asked him what he wanted for dinner and he requested pot roast. Can do, but since he finally made his request after NOON (!!), he had to settle for l/o pot roast from the freezer. I did make fresh veggies to go with it. And, tonight is cake! -- Our neighbor asked DH what we'll do to celebrate his b'day, "going out for a nice dinner?" No! DW is making pot roast! 
Can't get that kind of meal at a restaurant!

I thought about getting up & get some Ketchup. That would have been good on it.
When still on the stove, I decided against adding cheese too. It was tasty, & it filled me up.
