I'm making my son's version of quick burritos with queso and sauce/salsa, today.

P.F. Chang's Mongolian beef, ramen and vegetable egg rolls. Made a little mix of stone ground mustard and honey for dipping the egg rolls.

The ramen were Maruchan. I bought a single packet. The egg rolls were Tai Pei vegetable, very good.

Maybe about half, because I figured there would be enough flavour in the Mongolian beef, plus I didn't want the additional sodium.

I used aa whole Roasted Chicken & Made excellent Chicken Rice.
Celery, Onion, & especially Good Ground Black Pepper
from Organics. I have Mason jar full, and plenty to freeze also-
Maybe do the frozen Burrito too.
