We checked in to motel in Winnemucca and went to The Pig BbQ and Pub a block down the street.
I had the half rack of ribs and Nancy had a pulled pork sandwich. Everything was good as were the sides.

I cooked a pot of split pea soup. DD made a boiled in beer corned beef in the slow cooker.
They gave me the huffy tsk tsk look and only let me have one small slice. I'm not supposed to
eat sodium, because I get edema, and they say it raises blood pressure. Huh!
I had a cookie for dessert.

No, I actually don't have a recipe. I've been making them for 40 years and they're always a little different each time (I never measure anything), but as long as I have fresh crab and other fresh ingredients they're always fantastic!

We had pizza delivery to our hotel room from a local place that was recommended by the front desk staff. Disappointed but it filled the void. It was supposed to be double pepperoni but it wasn't, and they didn't give us the blue cheese hubby ordered for his wings. Sigh.
