On Sunday, I made a rotisserie chicken. I think they are so much better done on the grill at home than the little ones you get at Costco . Mine was 7 pounds. I watched the temp, and pulled it as soon as it was done. The skin wasn’t as brown as we like, but the meat was perfect! Since the skin isn’t on our current diet anyhow, it was an easy decision.

Your Pop is adorableDad and a friend of ours made out annual pilgrimage to Woodman's of Essex for our fried clam plates. Babs ate all of hers, and Dad and I split one - both as usual. Absolutely wonderful clams with spectacular fries and onion rings! $36/plate this year.

This is the honey bourbon style .
It's good but sweet!
I'll enjoy the leftovers, but will never buy it again.

The sauce was just garlic, oregano, salt and pepper, and so good.Tonight is spaghetti with sauce made from our home grown tomatoes.
