Jimmy, please be careful with the Ozempic.Tina took out a LB. of chopped sirloin out of the freezer, and I threw it back. No appetite lately, and I think it's the increase of the Ozempic the Dr put me on.? I don't know? Terrible heartburn, and stomach pain lately. I may just settle for a bowl of soup of some sort.
Looks good, Dan.
Beautiful bagels and roast! WowMy fella made bagels for me, and then made pichana roast for me for dinner later. We had it with chimichurri, string beans, squash, and salad. All was delicious!

To watch football, I made some baba ganoush with pita. We also had some hummus.
He bakes and BBQs. I don't do either of those, so it works! He also makes coffee. While I don't drink or make coffee, all of our friends love his coffee. We sometimes get visitors just for the coffee....or BBQ....or bagels.Your fella is a keeper!

Looks yummy! Lee, I like to put my gravy over the potatoes and under the CFS. I think it lets the "steak" stay fresher and still have the great flavor from the gravy. Learned that from an old deli in Culver City, CA.Another cooking show-inspired meal. Kathy and I were watching a TV cooking competition and someone made chicken-fried steak. She said she'd never had it, so I made it tonight.
While I was delivering her plate to her, my gravy thickened up too much, but I went with it anyway.
