Leftover flank steak and cabbage pancakes for me again tonight

I didn't have anything planned or leftover for tonight so went with a BLT. The only tomato I had was one of my last Romas, so I sliced it lengthwise. Wow! All the tomato flavor but none of the messy goo in the sandwich!

Will do that more often!

I've got a couple of chicken breast filets marinating in the fridge. I'm planning to cook them on the panini/grill and we'll have them with a spinach+ salad. Oh, and they had "Cheesecake Factory" bread at the store, so I grabbed that and there will be some on our plates.

Yesterday I made linguine Alfredo with broccoli and bacon.
I used my favourite Bertolli sauce and finished with red pepper flakes.

Today I'm thinking about making a salad with mixed greens, beets, walnuts, goat cheese and apple.
