It was good! Yes, mini meatloaf of sorts? There is dill in the meat and the taters too, so a bit on the top worked. I use parchment sheets in the pan. A whole sheet for this pan, but they tear easy for smaller pans too. Easier than the roll packs.That looks delicious, Ginny! Mini meat loaves? Love the dill on top!

The last time I got sick from eating in a restaurant was at a cracker Barrel in the south one of the Carolina's, I think... the Chicken & Biscuits laid me low for the first night in Florida ...My 1st trip to Cracker Barrel. I had Breakfast for dinner. I did not like the sausage, Biscuit was hard, gravy had no flavor. I did enjoy the baked apples that came with the meal.
I’ll try the restaurant again for one of their dinners. But never breakfast again.

Sadly, I don't have it. He put it in the sous vide for about 6.5 hours. Then he finished it off on the grill. I know he used salt and fresh pepper, and wiped out my oregano plant.Recipe for the roast? Pretty please.
Tina made a Big Pot of American Goulash ..... She found on line, and L00ked Good, so she made it. It was all right, but needed some tweaking. Too much tomato sauce, and too much diced tomatoes also. She also cooked a whole LB box of double twisted elbow pasta. She gave away two big containers to neighbors. I call it " her eye's were bigger than her stomach'!
