I like sausage, and onion pizza. Sometimes we add peppers also.

Last night’s steak grilling was okay. You couldn’t ask for a better evening to eat outside. We killed four bottles of wine, too.

I spent the better part of yesterday at Ty and Felicia's seeing the grandbugs.
Felicia made two huge pans of white chicken enchiladas. I've never had something so delicious in a long time. Then I came home, napped and went into work all night.

Tonight I'm going to try to replicate the honey pepper bbq chicken bites over mac and cheese.
I get something similar at Applebee's and love it.
It's not going to be a "copycat" recipe by any means.

In the slow cooker tonight, there is a corned beef cooking on low for tomorrows meal.
The house smells awesome...

I miss those cakes - my mom used to make them.

Quick cheesesteak. Deli roast beef, onion, red bell pepper (pan fried in butter and oil), and American cheese (added at the end to melt) on a Portuguese roll.
