I also add a nice amount of chopped parsley to my filling. I will be making some in a few weeks.Here are the stuffed shells we had. They were already filled and frozen at the plant.
Opening the shells as shown, the loose filling ran out like cream of wheat mush.
I could have eaten them with a soda straw.
When we make our own, we add grated cheese, and eggs; along with mozzarella cheese.
I would prefer manicotti instead. They are lighter.
