It will be eggplant. Tina just breaded and fried 3 sweet small ones.
I want mine cooked like peeps makes hers. I've got fresh mozzarella in the fridge too.
I snuck a few as she was frying them.
BTW..... Tina is cooking piggy feet and ham hocks for HERSELF ONLY!. I won't eat that.

Good Lord! 🤣

There is no way I'm going to eat this entire thing.
Probably half, the rest goes out on the patio, chopped up in a dish for Mr. White ( the cat) lol

Amusing to eat this way, occasionally - But!
Tomorrow, back to sensible eating.

Smash!

John, I've had BLT's every Saturday night since my tomatoes started to ripen, mid-August. Since it's pretty much the only time I have bacon, I always look forward to them!

Lora, whose cat? You know not to give him onions, right?

Lee
Lee, he's a stray as far as I can tell.
No collar.
I only will be giving him the meat/cheese and bun.

Here are the stuffed shells we had. They were already filled and frozen at the plant.
Opening the shells as shown, the loose filling ran out like cream of wheat mush.
I could have eaten them with a soda straw.
When we make our own, we add grated cheese, and eggs; along with mozzarella cheese.
I would prefer manicotti instead. They are lighter.

I also add a nice amount of chopped parsley to my filling. I will be making some in a few weeks.

Do you use pasta tubes or make crepes for your manicotti?
