Was the curry paste made from scratch? I make curry pastes in batches and freeze them. All are very mild, so you can add chilis to achieve the heat level you like.

I got the Sicilian deep dish and was not disappointed. Calamari was the appy.

Sicillian pizza is thicker and 'breadier' - it is more like focaccia than what we usually think of as pizza dough. It's typically made as a big rectangle.

It’s what they called it. I’ve eaten at Lou Malnatti’s several times and the deep dish pizzas were round.
This one had Italian sausage, pepperoni, black olives, onions and I added anchovies.
I just had two pieces for breakfast.
